How is Education different from software access?
Education covers PMO methodology, build sessions, playbooks, the knowledge library, and community. It does not include operational software or live trading authority. Micro Access and the software plans have their own defined capabilities.
Does a subscription enable live trading?
No. Subscription access covers the listed software, education, and reporting capabilities. Live trading remains separately controlled by PMO safety gates and approval requirements.
How do annual billing and setup fees work?
Switch to Annually to see the total annual subscription price and savings compared with twelve monthly payments. One-time setup fees are shown separately. New purchases are paused. Request setup to confirm availability, delivery, and billing before any payment.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Use Manage subscription in Your membership to open the billing portal. Your billing record determines your renewal and access dates. Signed-in members with active access can also use the cancellation control in that panel.
What does the Funded Path include?
It is an application-reviewed readiness process focused on proof-first risk controls, daily loss discipline, and process review. Application approval, funded approval, capital allocation, and trading profits are not guaranteed. Pricing is custom.

After a setup request
Save the request reference. In your workspace, follow Received → Review → Setup → Delivery. Operator progress messages appear with the request. No delivery date is guaranteed before scope and availability are confirmed.
Paid access
New purchases remain paused. Existing active plans retain their current entitlements. The companion does not grant unavailable AI tools or live broker execution.

Trade risk at most 1%, daily drawdown at most 3%. Saved for the profile. The customer web simulator does not enforce percentage or open-equity drawdown limits.
AI usage
No customer inference allowance is provisioned by these subscriptions. No AI quota or unlimited access is promised.
Support
Account-linked tickets and progress tracking. Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–4 p.m. Eastern. First human reply target: two business days. No guaranteed response deadline.
Technical request limits protect the service. They do not represent a purchased API quota. Customer tools retain the permissions shown in the workspace.
